To tackle the Covid-19 crisis at the EU level, the European Commission has recently proposed the Coronavirus Response Investment Initiative



Covid-19 is a global health crisis that puts societies and economies in a critical situation all around the world. Several firms, particularly SMEs, are in need of financial support and people suffer from income and job losses.


To tackle the Covid-19 crisis at the EU level, the European Commission has recently proposed the Coronavirus Response Investment Initiative, an investment package of €37 billion that is to support the health care systems, as well as the SMEs, the unemployed and the other parts of the economy affected by the outbreak (Read More).


Start-ups and SMEs which can produce technologies and innovations to address the various aspects of this crisis are called to apply to various funding schemes of the European Commission (Future announcements on special fund schemes can be followed here).
